All inclusive trip designed by one travel company for both the corporate event as well as tourist activities for 500 people
An executive assistant of an international group contacted us 9 months in advance for the organization of a sales kick-off for the company that was due to happen at the beginning of the following year. She needed to organize the accommodation, the conferences on several days (both general meeting and break out sessions), the gala evening (dinner and award ceremony), dinners for specific groups, proposition of touristic activities for several groups (from 10 to 115 people), and airport transfers for the whole group. We were able to coordinate it all and the company had a great experience in Paris!

I spoke with Morgane over the phone before I met her in Paris to iron out all the details. Morgane is very professional in her approach and highly accommodating. She arrived at the hotel by 5 AM in the morning and left at 1 AM the next morning to help me with the logistics of the delegates arrivals & departures. Overall, she had ensured that the event ran smoothly and the delegates enjoyed all the activities recommended and organized by her.
